I had a small booking issue, but they replied quickly, answered all my questions, and even let my partner pay in person. The instructors are great and so lovely too — overall a very trustworthy, welcoming, and friendly studio.

Moira Britten I am now a much healthier version of myself physically, mentally and emotionally, thanks to my personal trainer, Chris, and the CD Fitness team. Chris and his great team are attentive and listen to your needs. They support, advice, encourage and help whenever needed. There is so much on offer in addition to PT; online classes, six week challenges, nutrition advice and more. The six week challenges are great, and really help me stick to my daily goals and keep consistent. And I love the Pilates classes! CD Fitness has made a huge positive impact on my life.

Marie Mosconi I absolutely love the Flexicore class with James. Hes an amazing instructor who truly understands individual limits and makes everyone feel comfortable. I always leave feeling invigoratored.

Lulu Forever I usually get my BIAB done at a salon a bit further away, but they were fully booked this time, so after reading a few reviews I decided to try Sunrise Nails—and I’m really glad I did. I paid £35 to have my BIAB redone in this lovely brown almond shape. I booked a 9am appointment online and was finished by 9:50. You might think that sounds rushed, but the technician was simply very quick and efficient. He filed, polished, and had me out the door with a loyalty stamp before I even realised. I’d highly recommend them. They have a great range of colours and can do stunning nail designs, which I’ll definitely try next time. One thing to note: they don’t take card payments, so make sure to bring cash. I didn’t realise, but luckily I was able to leave my things, pop to a cash machine two minutes away, and come back to settle the bill without any fuss.

Brandon Great gym, great coaching, amazing facilities and very welcoming. A very family feeling Gym with some of the best facilities in the local area all at a very good cost. Would recommend to anyone whether beginner or advanced!

Kelly Cliff I’ve been going to Poise Pilates since it opened and I am absolutely addicted. I’d never tried it before and now I can’t imagine my week without it. Coco has created such a warm, welcoming and gorgeous space. Every single one of the teachers are brilliant, they have different styles which makes every class fun, engaging and unique. I’ve seen major improvements in my strength, posture and flexibility, I was suffering from back pain from running before starting Pilates and it’s now completely gone. Booking is super easy, there are plenty of classes to choose from, and the free parking is a big bonus. I’ve tried other studios when I’ve been travelling or away from home, but Poise will always be my favourite place to practice! It’s genuinely the highlight of my week and if I the burn wasn’t so strong, I’d go every day. I highly recommend!
