5 /5 Lourdes Mendez: Flo Yoga is such a welcoming and calming studio, I always look forward to being there. I love all the classes, especially Flo with Hannah Murray. She brings amazing energy and her sessions always leave me feeling uplifted and recharged. Pilates with Graciela Moreno on Fridays and Saturdays is also my favourite, its dynamic and really helps strengthen the whole body. My posture (I have scoliosis) has improved so much since starting! Graciela gives great hands-on support and helps you get the most out of each movement. Highly recommend!

4 /5 Lauren Hollins: Sweet and serene little neighbourhood yoga studio. The staff are friendly, the space is well decorated for its purpose, and there are high quality props for practice. Only suggestion I have for improvement is offering a wider recurring selection of class types, but overall it’s just fine for including yoga into your routine.

The studio offers excellent classes that cater to everyone, whether youre a complete beginner or more experienced. The teachers are welcoming, encouraging, and bring positive energy to every session. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, making it a pleasure to practice there. All equipment is provided, so you can just turn up and enjoy the class.

5 /5 Vasundhara Singh: I attended the gentle flow yoga class with Geetu at Flo Yoga and had such a positive experience. Geetu has a wonderfully calming presence and creates a supportive environment for all skill levels, which I really appreciated as someone new to yoga. The class struck the perfect balance between relaxation, mindfulness, and gentle movement which is just what I needed to ease into a new week. I left feeling grounded and refreshed, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

4 /5 A Blair: I went to a soundbath class here on Friday 22nd evening. The teacher was excellent. However, the receptionist kept walking around the reception area which I found distracting as my mat was near the entrance of the room. There is no door between the main room and the reception area, only a curtain which wasn’t fully closed because the receptionist had it open to look through. As it was a soundbath, I wanted to focus on the sound of the gongs, not the sound of his steps and the water machine being used.
