Paul Hannan Been training at the Forge for nearly two years, incredible bunch of coaches and people. Its really helped me turn my fitness around, working through HIIT, pad work and sparring. Normally attend 2-3 times a week for the 1.5 hour sessions. Its a very welcoming group of people, with kids classes and adults. I attend the adult classes with my teenage daughters and the age group ranges from 15-50 with a mix of male and female. Would 100% recommend the club!

Jordan Bodies In Design are a great group of trainers who are both very friendly & inviting. By the end of the session I had worked harder then ever but it was great fun.
