Tessa Stewart I joined Bootcamp UK Guildford July 23 when I had moved to the area not really knowing anyone. It was the best decision I made! I have made some fantastic friends and keeping fit in the process. It is extremely welcoming, makes me laugh, is exhausting, and fun! So much variety at each session, Amos / Si / Vicky are fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Lyndsey Graham This class has been brilliant, the teacher really allows you to adapt things to a level you’re comfortable with whilst also challenging you to push yourself more. All the exercises can be changed depending on your individual abilities which is really rare to find in a class environment. The class itself is super friendly and informal and allows you to feel comfortable as a beginner and I love how each exercise is explained in detail as to the benefits it will have on you – it’s amazing how such a small movement can be so challenging! The teacher starts each class asking how you’re feeling and if there’s a particular area you want to focus on (Eg, one week I mentioned I had a very stiff neck and she specifically spent time giving me movements that would help with this and that I could do at home too!)
