Amanda York Love this gym a few mins walk from either Tower or London Bridges. I taught classes here prior to the pandemic and was delighted to return. The mat is HUGE and the members and staff are friendly. Both gyms have a range of equipment that keeps workouts fun and interesting. Ive even started wrestling which I wasnt sure about and now love it and theres an MMA class to suit anyone, so much versatility. Come and say hi to us and explore

Sarah Beck Ive been training with Mark of Dockside Fitness for nearly a year and I love it. Mark has a massive selection of workout equipment, including a rowing machine. Ive had several injuries mainly hip and back and he tailors workouts to get me fit and well again. Hes got years of experience so knows his stuff and really mixes the workouts up - its fun and serious at the same time. My sessions are hardly ever cancelled due to bad weather which is great as I much prefer being outdoor than in a gym. Mark has worked around me too when I needed to reschedule a couple of times. I feel fitter, think I look a bit better and have heaps more energy.

Clare As someone who has practiced Pilates for 15 years, I can confidently attest that Hernan is an exceptional teacher. His mat classes are both challenging and progressive, and he approaches them with great care. I’ve also had one-on-one lessons with Hernan on his impressive machines, where he guided me through my injury recovery while training for the London Marathon. Not only is Hernan well-versed in his subject, but he also customises his classes in innovative ways to suit each individual. His studio fosters a fun, safe, and inclusive community.

Samantha Russell My children are both a part of this program. My daughter has been attending for the last 7 seasons and my son (who is Downs syndrome) has attended for the last 4 seasons. The confidence my children have gained over this period, has been huge. The staff and athletes are all so welcoming. I hope my children chose to stay for many seasons to come!

Eve Owusu I absolutely love all the classes at Victus Soul. Every instructor is great — knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. The classes are fun but also challenging, and they really push me to work to my best ability every time. Such a positive environment — highly recommend.
