Katie Norman I’ve been going to the Lock up gym for around 7 months now. It’s absolutely brilliant! Jake and the team are so knowledgable and have built a great community. Ben Carpenter Nicky is a great trainer I’ve had a few over the years and I’ve never found one with a breadth of knowledge like his. What he doesn’t know about training isn’t worth knowing. He’s got a great gym setup with everything you need and more, book a session and you won’t be disappointed.

Barbara Todd I cannot recommend Simply Fit enough, both Melissa a d Alex our instructors are so good at what they do but such fun doing it I am in my eighties and have been attending classes for a number of years and we all work at whatever level that suits ourselves, there is abso.utely no pressure . If you want a keep fit classes to suit all ages and you want to have a smile.on your face while keeping fit , come along and join us at Simp.y Fit !!

Kevin Bell I can’t thank Nicola and the gym staff enough for the support I received this morning. They truly went above and beyond to help me complete an important workout, and their encouragement and professionalism made a huge difference. The new gym itself is absolutely state of the art, everything from the equipment to the overall atmosphere is top class. I already can’t wait to continue training there and work towards achieving my fitness goals moving into 2026!
