SMALL MOVEMENTS ARE MEANINGFUL
Learning to feel my body and understand more about its anatomy has helped me to improve my movement in the activities I enjoy, such as cycling, walking, and gardening.
I realise that seemingly small movements can in fact impact my whole posture, and that I can do a lot to help myself by using some of the Franklin “tools”, such as imagery, and self touch plus some easy anatomy know how.
