From the moment I stepped in, I was pleasantly greeted. Magda gave me her expert advise on hair and executed brilliantly. Magda asked me what I was looking for, explained the type of hairstyle that suited my face structure and had an excellent positive consultation. Irina did my face and eye brow wax. Irina was caring and kind and receptive to my concerns. She had a gentle touch at the same time she made sure my eye brows were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for kind, warm and expert service in London. Ladies, we all know how awkward it can be sometimes when we take our layers off, so I was lucky to find my new local. P.S no! I wasnt paid or asked to leave a review. Merry Christmas.

The salon was very clean, and Magda was so kind to fit me in at an earlier time on short notice. I booked a wash, cut, and blow-dry, and her customer service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the relaxing hair wash and massage, and she also shared her professional opinion on my haircut, which I really appreciated. As someone who has been struggling to find a hijabi-friendly salon, I was so glad to see they had a divider available, which Magda set up for me. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this salon to my hijabi sisters. ☺️

The quality of service is unmatched, and I would happily travel back to London specifically for their treatments. Ripa is outstanding! and the level of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the salon is impeccable. Highly recommended.
