Sophia Self Claire was brilliant! I felt so well looked after in her care as her room had a lovely soothing atmosphere and she really did her best to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the treatment. I have never had a scalp massage before and it was amazing, I will definitely be back for another, and she even gave the dry ends of my hair an oil! I also had a great facial treatment and my skin still feels buttery soft a week later!

Tanya Faruk Jalpa is absolutely amazing, I literally travel from IOD to come see her because her waxing and services are fast and pain-free. Highly recommend.

Deborah Porter Awful, in fact non existent customer service from this provider! I had a nail appointment booked for 20th August at 3pm, it was rescheduled without notification at 2.07pm on the day of the appointment, when we was already on our way to said appointment, I replied back to the email, no response. I emailed directly about my concerns and asked to reschedule at a time that was convenient for us, no response. This appointment was then rescheduled (without our request) again!! Until today there is no response and we did not receive our deposit back! I would definitely be in doubt to book with another Insta Nail Tech anytime soon!

Claire Bernabe Jocelle was excellent, super friendly and helpful. I had booked my usual brow appointment, but Jocelle also helped tone match me against some new products I had my eye on. Jocelle was very informative and confidently knew the products against my needs. I will definitely come back.

Leila Guddoy I came in for an updo this weekend. It was done quickly and with ease and the team were very nice. Looked great and stayed in place for the whole day. Ill definitely be back when I need my hair doing for events - thank you!
