1 /5 Valeria Analia Rodriguez: I’ve booked and prepaid for two treatments at this establishment to be asked, on arrival, to cancel the transaction and pay to them directly. They said the app I’ve booked through won’t realise payments to them, though never mentioned until I was about to start my treatment and, despite having my contact details. The receptionist couldn’t care less that I’ll be out of pocket for more than £100 until I’d my refund, hopefully in 10 days time. I was not prepared to pay for something twice so decided to leave as I felt scammed.
