Jacqueline Wood Davies I have been going here for many years now and couldn’t love this studio more. Emily and Paul have created such a welcoming, calm & friendly atmosphere with the most beautiful yoga classes. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. The workshops a sound baths are great too, and the Spain retreat was magical. Mudra is a very special place.

Tom Saunders I really enjoy the classes and have learnt a lot of practical self-defence techniques. Chris is an excellent teacher and knows a lot about martial arts. The class has a good atmosphere and everyone is keen to help each other to practice and learn. Its a great workout also.

Daniel Alexander Had a decent time here, has all the gear you want. Went in the morning before work and wasnt too busy... Easy enough to get on the machines I wanted. Not my usual PureGym so took a few mins to work out where it all was, but the flow kinda made sense. Would go back.

Gulse Yazgun Unite in Fitness has changed my experience of exercise entirely! The classes are consistently fun, high energy, and something I look forward to in my weeks. The energy in the studio is always electric, and the people around you make pushing through the hard parts so much easier. Pedro’s energy is unmatched from the moment you walk in until you leave at the end, I highly recommend this fitness family!!

tk Great self defence system taught in a modern way, very friendly and knowledgeable instructor with over 20 years experience. Highly recommended!
