Sam Tapp Great gym and great staff! I have been a member of anytime for over 2 years now and I am very pleased with my choice to join! The equipment is good and well looked after by staff and members. 10/10 would and have recommended to everyone I know!

Vassilia S Lately the showers are cold it’s a chock . Then the changing rooms stink .. the pool is small but ok. Steam room and sauna are ok. Don’t forget a lock and preferably a pair of flip flops as so many don’t respect the beat foot rule so annoying to have to walk barefoot when other wear ghee shoes from outside

Ufuk Kaygisiz I’ve had a wonderful experience at Southbury Leisure Centre’s Better Me Gym. The facilities are top-notch and the environment is always welcoming. A big shoutout to Elena and Ahmet. Elena was incredibly helpful, offering great assistance and explaining all the gym facilities. Ahmet, the cleaner, was extremely professional. He took his time and didn’t rush, allowing me to use the shower at my own pace. I noticed he was doing a deep clean without cutting corners, which really shows his dedication to his work. Highly recommend this gym for its excellent service and supportive staff.
