Maggie Bazemore Such a great gym! I love that it’s all class based so you get a real sense of community and see a lot of the same faces. The trainers are wonderful and are really dedicated to making the environment fun and energetic while giving their expert advice on form and techniques. Friday morning tornado with Tom is my fav!

Andrew Heath Apex gym are truly amazing, with an inclusive and friendly environment. Mike and Ali do a fantastic job! The workouts are great!

VanS Had a great session with Simon this morning who identified pretty accurately what was going on with my piriformis and educated me on what that looked like. He provided a comprehensive set of exercises as well as hands on rehab during the session, which has already provided a lot of relief. I know this is a longer term journey but very pleased with the introductory session and trust that Simon will help me get this fixed in no time.

Davis Adam Slightly negative experience initially due to Evri losing the items, delivering the parcel to a random location. The online support was great; after answering a few questions and signing a declaration, they resent the items, which arrived quickly and safely thanks to a different Evri courier. The clothing items appear to be good quality and true to size.

Manisha Patel I recently had my first DEXA scan at the BodyScan Marylebone clinic. Rob provided an excellent service and experience. He is clearly very experienced at working with people and at finding a calm and clear way to talk through both the scan and the results. Rob uses his expertise and understanding of people to talk through goals, concerns and provide both guidance and motivation. Rob is a true professional.
