1 /5 P Rai: Genuinely the worst haircut of my life, and this is no exaggeration. Went for a layered haircut and came out my hair tattered and ruined, I dont know who that lady is but she definitely is not qualified to be a hairdresser. Even a non-qualified person can do a better job and have more common sense. How can a haircut be this bad is beyond me. I could sue them if only the law offered more protection to customers for hair services, I think this is the only reason they are able to continue scamming people as judging from the reviews seems I am not the only one. Please avoid at all costs.

5 /5 Syndsey Ballet: I came for eyebrow threading today and had Julie do my eyebrows. The procedure was professionally carried out, thorough and pain free. The owners are kind, very humble people. The saloon is clean. I am a return customer. Thank you ❤️

1 /5 Heena Patel: DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible service! Aggy who does nails is very unprofessional, has no manners and is so rude. She and her manager talk in their language about you whilst doing your nails. Her skills for doing nails is 2/10, my extension nails were left thick and bumpy, when I told her I was not happy she started shouting at me. I will not be back again.

I requested a step haircut but ended up with a feather haircut, the lady ruined the shape of my hair(seems to be the manager) she’s not skilled for a haircut, unprofessional. I feel disappointed and frustrated looking at my uneven haircut.

1 /5 Darcy McLaggan: DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible. The lady cut two of my fingers I still paid full price. In two days two of my nails have broken for no reason. I called to ask to have them fixed for free as I was wounded by their services and this request was denied. The application is poor and I am very disappointed. I also saw COCKROACHES in the toilets!!! Disgusting. I will not be returning and would never recommend.
