3 /5 Christine Hamilton: My experience was mainly positive. Zoe was very helpful and Edyta and Marilena gave me excellent treatments and really seemed to care about their work. The only negative thing was a hair treatment with Xhulia. She spent ten minutes mixing up the solution or something (the other therapists always had everything ready in advance) so we started late, and then we finished ten minutes early, so I got a 20 minute treatment which should have been around 40. I thought that what she did was very nasty, presumably she was running late and decided to give me a short treatment to get back on track. Also she did not seem to have a good command of English. I made a complaint but didnt hear back about it.

She was incredibly professional and thorough, making sure every detail of the treatment was perfect. Her technique was amazing and it was clear she has extensive knowledge about skincare and the process. She explained everything so well, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. My skin feels and looks incredible! I highly recommend Lidia to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience.

5 /5 Priti: I have been an EF Medispa client for several years now but didn’t venture further than one common simple treatment; however I have worked hard since the covid lockdowns to transform myself physically by loosing a lot of weight because being heavy affected my confidence. After losing weight I still felt quite unconfident with how I looked and discussed options with Edyta my therapist. I’ve since had several other non invasive treatments and my skin has never looked better. Edyta, my therapist is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and takes her time to understand my skin, facial structure etc and this is taken into consideration during treatments as well as when I am considering additional treatments - I am always given honest advice, which is important and shows she cares and isn’t just looking for me to spend. I’ve always had an interest in beauty and the science behind treatments so it’s great discussing this with Edyta too. She is always attentive, very polite, friendly, smiles all of the time, is always happy and above all provides an exceptional service. I hope she stays forever, as I am definitely her customer for life haha. I am also really happy Zoe the treatment advisor works there. Zoe is ever so friendly, willing to help and only offers advice that is suitable for me as a client; this is important as I imagine some clinics would only be interested in making money rather than having their clients best interests at heart. I can see myself being a client at EF Medispa Kensington forever; they are just like an extension to my family, love them and I really look forward to my treatments!
