Nikki - N.H Hypnotherapy Great gym to learn martial arts, and improve/maintain your fitness in a friendly, controlled and civilised environment. I attend the boxing and kickboxing classes. Mihai is a fantastic teacher, hes very patient and professional and has a way of teaching that makes his classes fun, as well as challenging. I would highly recommend this gym.

The swimming teachers have all been patient and really encouraging, always friendly and provide good feedback. Reception staff are always helpful with changing lessons and again are always friendly with a smile when we arrive. I would highly recommend swimming lessons here !

I attend four classes a week on average, a combination of Spin and Boxfit, have never felt fitter or stronger in my life. Passes work out very economical, no contract locking you in so can attend as much or as little as you want.

Kim Crawley I’ve been a member for some time now and want to say what a lovely, family orientated club it is. I also am so impressed with all the friendly staff. With a special mention for the reception staff, especially Kelly who has always been so helpful, friendly and caring.
