Sadly have to redo my review as the standard slipped & I sadly won’t be returning. I was given terrible quality gel nails that kept falling off, whole, every 3-4 days. When I asked for a fix, I was told it’s beyond the warranty period, so I booked in for a take-off first thing in the new year.
The appointment was changed twice, to suit their convenience. When I arrived, I wasn’t logged on the books. And when my nail tech arrived, late, she refused to give me the full pedicure like I booked. She caused a scene, and embarrassed, I walked out without getting anything done. It was clear that they’d overbooked and someone else was waiting to be served.
I called to clarify, and was dismissed for another customer. This is terrible service, and not a good way to start the year.

Always manage to book an appointment on the day. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. As soon as you arrive, you’re given nail colours to choose from, and you’re in the chair within 2mins, for your treatment. The nail tech / manicurist is professional, and I always leave pleased with the outcome. No notes.
You’re offered a chair massage during pedicure treatments, and something to drink (juice / water).
I would definitely recommend.
