Lorna Stancer If you’re looking for nails that look perfect for weeks then look no further! I’ve never known a nail technician to take such amazing care of my nails with such attention to detail. These BIAB nails lasted a birthday party, 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and the whole Christmas & New Year period without any chipping at all. Suki is so lovely and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave with the finish you wanted. Would highly recommend!

Siru Virtanen I had ABSOLUTELY gorgeous lash lift and tint with Chu-Li last week! I have very straight lashes and tried different places over the year but I think this lash lift was my favourite one. The curl/lift really compliments my eye and all lashes are really evenly lifted and appear in great condition. Love it! Coming back

C Lennon Excellent Salon! Firstly they accommodated for my mum who uses a mobility walker / has some dexterity issues. My mum was catered for amazingly by Marike and the team. She had a mani and pedi with polish. Since this visit I have been looked after by Lorelai (builder nails with extensions) - she is so attentive, friendly and relaxing. Two nails lifted a little bit just after week 2 but then my 2nd refill visit Lorelai tailored her approach for my nails and no lifting into week 2-3. Cannot wait to be pampered my next visit. Cuticle work, nails, quality products; everything is on point! All staff are welcoming and the experience is so chilled. Luxury hidden away in South London. Thank you

I am abit of a connoisseur when it comes to massages due to my health issues and I can confidently say Erina is a brilliant masseuse. I have had a truly exceptional experience with Erina! She is very skilled in massages and goes by touch. She has her own unique techniques which leaves me feeling pain free. She tailors the massage to my own needs. Its clear she really listens to my body and understands how to address my pain. Erina clearly has a passion to heal. It is such a relief to find someone who not only helps with the physical discomfort but also brings a sense of peace and healing. With my experience, Im definitely in a position to appreciate the nuances that make a massage therapist like Erina stand out. I initially had a facial and massage which was great value for money. The facial left my skin visibly glowing. The establishment is clean, professional and friendly. All treatments I have had to date, has been consistent and I would give it a higher rating then 5 stars.
