The instructors, especially Shenika are fantastic, they are high-energy, pay attention to form, and consistently challenge you. Ive seen huge improvements in my strength and stamina thanks to the variety of classes offered. The gym management is also clearly dedicated to making sure members have a great experience. Worth every penny of the membership fee!

Mike Roi I love this gym, it feels like a second home. Fantastic space and all the equipment you could ever want at a gym! Just don’t go when schools finish as it’s packed with annoying teenagers hogging equipment while in their phones the whole time.
