Anita A really comfy and cozy place in the heart of a cute neighbourhood. I had the massage today, which was absolutely fabulous and comes with a complimentary hot beverage. The room temperature was warm, and I had my choice of scented oil. The only downside was that the treatment was downstairs. (Yes, London loves its basements). As such during my treatment I heard the constant stomping of either moving chairs and people walking upstairs. That was the reason I did not give this place 5 stars.

What stood out to me most was how professionally and kindly they handled a concern I previously raised about a manicure: they listened, took it seriously, and made sure things were right. Wont try to convince you to undergo anything unnecessarily. Always treated with respect. Couldnt hope to meet a lovelier couple. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
