My trainers provide consistently evolving and tailored training to ensure I am performing at my best and progressing toward my goals. The trainers are true specialists in their fields both physically and academically and are a wealth of knowledge, experience, insight and encouragement. I have learned so much from Ewan and Joe since I started training with them. It has carried over to my training, my sport and even work life. They are so generous in explaining everything and how it all connects and they make the hard work fun and I am constantly amazed at what I am able to accomplish under their guidance and training and have fun doing it!

I’ve worked with a lot of trainers over the years in NYC and in London, but these guys have a way of extracting the most out of you. They also have encyclopedic knowledge! I’ve never been stronger or fitter in my life and I can’t believe how comfortable I feel with a heavy barbell over my head.

The gym is really well organised to make every workout more personal and effective. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a more private, focused place to train!
