The Little Gym Hampton & Teddington - Hampton Hill

Rating: 5 /5
Alexandra Busby The Little Gym is wonderful! My children have been going for years and love every moment. It’s amazing to watch them grow in confidence, self-esteem, and skills with each class. The coaches are fantastic, the facilities are brilliant, and parents are thought of too, you can make yourself a cuppa while you watch them have the best time! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

George Messum I stopped by this health club for a day pass and had an awesome experience! I met Majid at the front desk, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He quickly got me oriented with the equipment and facilities, and his friendly, personable approach made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable.

Energie Fitness Tooting -

Agnes Brull Today I realised I’d left something behind at the gym (either in the lockers or on the gym floor) and when I called up, the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to search everywhere and managed to find it for me, which I really appreciated. It reminded me how great this gym is, not just for the facilities, but also for the genuinely friendly and supportive team that run it. The facilities are excellent – clean showers, WCs, and locker areas. There’s plenty of equipment to get a solid workout in, and they’ve clearly thought about what members need. For example, there are extra squat racks upstairs (4 squat racks plus 1 Smith machine), which makes a big difference on busy days. They also have more benches (5) than most other gyms in the Tooting area – something worth mentioning because free weights and benches are always too scarce in commercial gyms, but not here. On top of that, there are loads of machines and cable options so you’re never short of variety. Overall, a fantastic gym with great staff, clean facilities, and more than enough equipment. Highly recommended.

Aziz Adil Excellent facilities here, immaculate cricket pitch, clay, hard and lawn tennis courts + squash. There’s also a relaxing cafe bar with a viewing area & balcony, perfect to come on a weekend and chill out for a bit! The food is prepared fresh by the chefs, the chicken & beef is HALAL fyi (we asked), tasted good, a bit of a wait (about 15-20 mins) but no complaints. Prices are standard considering the area and venue. I tried the Hyderabad biryani which was an 8/10 for me, could have done with some potato I thought!

Simone Hacker Liz is a real pro in what she does. I had never done 1:1 fitness training before and wanted to gain more strength in my arms and back postpartum. She has been amazing in guiding me to achieve my goals and also been very fun to work with. We had great chats and some good laughs along the way. I now feel so much better in my body and have learnt so many useful skills. She also has a lot of knowledge in other areas, is a yoga teacher and gong bath facilitator. Her gong baths are super relaxing, too. Can highly recommend her!

Yarpole Belfry Beyond terrible. Not fit to call itself a Virgin active. Grimy and disgusting. Hair everywhere. The cleaner was too busy having a sauna to do any real cleaning. The Jacuzzi had brown sediment in it. Its like a public baths from 1985. Its incredible anyone pays the fees to go here.
