The kids’ parties are amazing — lots of fun and very well organised. The facilities are great, the staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect. I can also highly recommend the wellbeing clinic and the spa. A wonderful place to be for both kids and parents!”

She arrived earlier than me, and even though I was 30 minutes late, we were both still given full use of the facilities and I received my full 1-hour treatment, which I truly appreciated — such incredible customer service. Karen, who looked after us, was absolutely lovely, warm, and so welcoming. She really made the experience special — a person truly makes a place. We both left feeling relaxed, cared for, and refreshed. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Robbie LeBlanc: I recently had the high-impact facial, and the whole experience at Cloud Twelve was amazing from the second I walked through the door. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and made my time there feel very special. The spa facilities are all top notch and so relaxing; a great place to relax and seek out peace and quiet in a bustling part of London either on your own, or with friends. The facial itself was really wonderful, and the results have been pretty immediate with friends noting my completion and skin tone showing signs of improvement shortly after the one treatment. I am going to be rebooking that facial, and trying some of the other treatments that they offer too. The entire experience felt extremely special!
