I enquired about mesh integration and Gemma gave me great advice, explaining the different options available. I felt well informed and comfortable throughout the consultation. I would definitely recommend her.

5 /5 lyn doble: It was a great experience with Diva Hair Salon at 8 Ludgate Square! They were very professional and understood well my hair and how to style it subtly. We did a comprehensive balayage process (full disclosure: it was a long process), but worth it! Thanks to Mr Tay!

1 /5 Claire King: Only giving one star because I can’t write a review otherwise. TERRIBLE customer service. I booked for 11:00 and have the confirmation email. I arrive and no one’s there. I call a couple of times and sent to voicemail. Finally get through on third call and someone answers, telling me the appointment had been put back to 11:15. I wasn’t told this. Then said he’d be 10 minutes with zero apology. I can only assume I’d have to wait for him to set up and open up as well because the doors were locked. I’m sure the cuts and colour are great but do not book in the morning and do not expect good customer service.

5 /5 Sonali Dane: Taylan did such an amazing job with my hair - re-dying my full hair copper red and a haircut to add volume & removed damaged ends. I highly recommend his services. Taylan’s prices are way more affordable than other salons and it was a great experience.
