Their professionalism and expertise is second to none. You walk in and are greeted with a warm friendly smile by everyone. Chloe also knows her regular clients by their first name, which is very impressive!
I regularly get shellac on my hands and a shellac pedicure. Both treatments are done thoroughly and with care. The gentleman who generally does my pedicure also massages my legs and feet, which is amazing! The salon has a massage chair, which gives an added bonus to the pedicure. There is an excellent range of nail polish available and price lists are clearly displayed throughout the salon, so there are no surprising hidden charges. Their prices are actually very good value for money. I always pre book for convenience but walk ins are also accepted.
Chloe is upfront and honest about any expectations a client may have regarding a service or a specific nail design, which is refreshing. Ive always left feeling very happy with any treatment Ive had. Ive also noticed a difference with my nails which are strong and healthy again.
The overall appearance of the salon is welcoming and very clean, cleaning is also done between each treatment.
I wouldnt go anywhere else.
