We follow a thorough, structured training programme put together by our instructor Rori, while everyone works to their own level. The quality of the sessions alone is enough to keep me going back, but the other benefit has been getting to know a lovely group of people and having a lot of fun. I leave feeling on top of the world and ready for a day at work

5 /5 Paula Jones: Chinnor gym has the most warming friendly atmosphere. I am always encouraged to achieve my best on all activities and shown the correct way to use the equipment to achieve this. From the warm up to using the dumbbells, lifting weights and other equipment, also being shown how to stretch the muscles out at the end of a session . I joined 10 months ago and it is the best decision I have ever made to improve my fitness and wellbeing. As everyone is so supportive. I leave feeling happy after a session.

I hadn’t used a gym in a long time, always opting for classes and home workouts, but I wanted to use heavier weights and gym equipment but didn’t know where to start and felt overwhelmed by a big gym. Rori is so encouraging and supportive and chinnor gym is so lovely and small and welcoming. It’s built my confidence and I love going to my sessions there!
