3 /5 Emelie: I did my balayage with Michele, and the colour turned out absolutely beautiful, he’s very talented with tone and shade. Unfortunately, the bleaching process was done far too fast and with products that were clearly too strong.
I’ve never struggled with dry hair or split ends before, but after this appointment my hair became extremely dry and damaged. I had to cut off several centimetres, yet I keep getting new split ends given how compromised the hair still is from the bleaching process.
I also called beforehand and was given a price for the treatment by the reception, but when it was time to pay I was told a higher amount. They refused to adjust it, which I don’t think is acceptable. Customers should always be informed of any price difference before the treatment.
I’m sharing this to let others know and to hopefully encourage the salon to be more cautious, to use gentler products, take more time, and be transparent about pricing.
But again, the color itself turned out really good.
