LJ M I am going through a difficult time and discovered Space Yoga Studio in my neighborhood and decided to purchase the Intro Offer for new students. It’s been a lifeline to the local community and to taking charge of my health and wellness. I gravitated towards the less challenging options which were categorized as Restorative and Beginner classes, including Yin Yoga, Flow & Restore, and Gentle Yoga. I’ve tried a variety of different instructors, and have been able to successfully reach that invaluable zen headspace at the end of each class that has felt like a total body reset. The church setting and the cafe downstairs make this a uniquely special place. I highly recommend Space Yoga Studio!

Brett Sanders I have known and had coaching with one of the SkyLimit Coaches, James, for many years now - and he always brings some new clarity to the table to help me to find the solutions to my problems. He is an excellent Coach due to the manner in which he approaches the challenges I talk to him about, and how I never leave feeling like I have been "told what to do" but been given the tools to create change myself. Sarah Brenman This is a fabulous class - Joelle is a great teacher, inspiring, inclusive, bold and warm. The class is really welcoming and full of positive women. I felt the benefits really early on and have just signed up for my second term. Training outside is just brilliant, even in the winter. If youre looking for some inspiration in a safe and welcoming space do come and try this class.

Sardar Abbaszade Emma at David Lloyd Finchley is absolutely fantastic. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping members feel comfortable and supported. From the moment you speak with her, she makes you feel welcome and takes the time to listen and understand your goals.
