As a coach myself I would highly recommend woj as person that will help you develop your skills further if you are advanced or start your journey if you are interested in joining amazing calisthenics community.

5 /5 K Laundy: I was pretty nervous about joining Calisthenics Basingstoke at first, unsure if Id fit in or keep up. But from day one, the team made me feel completely at ease. Coaches Woj and Olivia are amazing, they really take the time to understand your individual needs and guide you every step of the way. The members are just as supportive; everyone cheers each other on, no matter your level. It’s a genuinely inclusive and uplifting place that’s helped me grow stronger and more confident, both in and out of the gym.

Everyone feel welcome, whether young or not, fit or not, strong or not, Woj always suggest the right level of workout for your strength. Regular goals review and social event, the quarterly PB day is here to have fun and measure your progress. Whether group class or PT with either Woj or Olivia I recommend this amazing place to have fun while improving you fitness and balance. Not the boring gym you find everywhere else

5 /5 Sophie Ross: I couldnt recommend Cali Basingstoke more highly, for any level from complete beginner to seasoned athlete. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and able, with progressions, regressions and adaptations for some really exciting skills at your fingertips. Classes are challenging but playful; friendly but low pressure, with as much sociable banter as you choose. Ive also recently started PT sessions with Woj, resulting in a marked improvement in my handstand practice, plus making starts on other skills Id always found awesome and scary from afar; flags, rings, pull ups... the lot. Finding this place has been incredible for my all round physical co-ordination, and confidence in upskilling. I cant wait to see whats next.

5 /5 Simon Burnett: Getting into your 40s for men can suck. Physically it’s harder to maintain fitness, things start going wrong and everything takes longer to heal and recover. Add to that a mental health slump and yeah, it sucks. Happily I decided to go and get some personal training from Woj at calisthenics Basingstoke. I’ve been gym training since my 20s but I soon realised that I’d been phoning it in for a long time. The knowledge and quality instruction meant that I learned a huge amount in a short time. I started to improve on skills I thought I would never be able to do. The coaching is friendly, bespoke and challenging in all the right ways. If you’re looking for something to get out of a slump, improve yourself and most importantly enjoy then you couldn’t do much better than give it a go. Aside from the fitness you will find a new passion that transforms you mentally and physically.
