Hinckley1 What an experience!! Aesthetically pleasing gym, so clean and great equipment. Recovery not just a gym , state of the art facilities. I would definitely recommend coming here. Pav was very hospitable and had great knowledge. I will be coming back for a cross fit class!

Deniz Mustu I love this gym so much! I had only one week in London didn’t want to stay behind my program, I met with coach Devz and also had some serious injuries… He adapted every step for me, how I wanted to workout and also pushed me for the better. This is a perfect gym for those who needs private class experience and at the same time working as a group. I highly recommend this place.

Ianmanan2011 As a gym, it is somewhat spectacular. You get welcomed at personal level. Everyone is friendly. Food quality can be more tasty but it’s all healthy. Great vibe at the hangout area. Well done management. It’s a great start :)

Melvin Lau Great gym to work out at, plenty of amenities including a well-stocked gym, pools and sauna. Although on peak hours on weekdays it does get very busy, not surprising given its location in the financial centre. I’d also recommend Gordon Gilmour with whom I’ve trained for just under a year. As a PT he is methodical and tailors the training towards your personal goals and abilities. He goes above and beyond to give nutritional advice and additional training plans for when I work out on my own. He comes across as a friend who wants to see you do well, and I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my conditioning and strength over the months. Much appreciated!
