Yunus Sherwani Really liked Nuffield Health Hendon when I went in. The gym is clean, has loads of equipment, and the pool and sauna area were a nice bonus. The whole place just felt comfortable and not overcrowded. Ibrahim showed me around and was honestly great - really friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything without any pressure. He helped me get a proper feel for the gym, and that made the decision to join a lot easier. Ended up signing up for the 12-month membership on the spot.

Sam Orams Hands down the nicest gym I’ve been a member of. Friendly helpful staff, respectful atmosphere, good mix of all ages, clean and well maintained throughout. I don’t do the classes but they have lots on offer.

Theresa Offwood-le Roux I started with Noemi at Yummy Pilates when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I enjoyed the prenatal Pilates until the birth of my daughter, it helped me stay at least a little active towards the end of my pregnancy. Now I am currently enjoying the Mommy and Baby Pilates. Its nice to get out the house and be able to do some exercise with my daughter in tow. Noemi is a wonderful teacher and her Pilates philosophy match mine. She is wonderful with my baby, giving me the ability to get some exercises done. I would highly recommend her classes to all!

Vani S Loved everything about this place! The coffee bar serves amazing coffee, classes are very well structured, and every workout is planned to perfection. The gym has all the equipment and accessories you could ever need. The toilets and showers feel absolutely 5-star. The coaches are highly trained, supportive, and the wellness room is wonderful. The community here is so helpful and full of positive energy! It’s been one year, I have seen my body getting better for good in all sense. This is my happy n peace place!
