Harper Parkes-Davis I am a student here. My senseis are really nice (Craig and Swoz). They really help you understand that, no matter how big or strong you are, if you have core, then you can do a lot of things (like self defence). So, why not go there.

Lucy Appleton This is one of my favourite gyms I have ever been too. Every time I come in whether that is to pop in and say hi or to do a class the team is attentive and caring. The classes here are amazing from switch to box and cycle, I always leave feeling refreshed and energised. I used to think of the gym as a chore and when I started the classes here it showed me how fun exercise can be and leaves me wanting to come back for more. There is always so much energy with every instructor including Allan, Alex and many more. I would definitely recommend coming here 10/10.

Amy Clarke Very helpful, friendly staff and the massage chair was great after being out for two weeks with a back injury to be able to come and use this after my first session back in the gym. Never had a massage chair like this. It applies pressure as well as the massage element. Arms, hands and feet included. And with the summer offer on at the moment it’s well worth it.

Daisy Fitzsimmons I’m so pleased I found Abbi’s classes. They are such a good workout, I always leave feeling great and can feel myself getting stronger each week. Abbi is a great motivator and really pushes you - a perfect start to the week!

elahe beh Every thing is great, everyone kind and everywhere clean. The view of the cafe is perfect, but the only issue is that whenever I try to book a class specifically Pilates and yoga is fully booked.
