5 /5 Deniz Akis: I absolutely loved my class with Berjan. The focus on precision, control & traditional technique made the experience both incredibly effective & energising. I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and truly appreciative of the classical Pilates method. I already love this studio & would have to say this was the best mat class I have ever attended & would highly recommend.

I love that they offer different classes, I am a particular fan of Emma Glover’s classes, the burn is always 10/10, and she is lovely! Definitely recommend her classes if you haven’t been already!

Emma is my favourite, super friendly and uplifting and I love the space, it’s always cozy and clean. Little details like the peppermint tea and Aesop hand balm take it to the next level for me, I go there every week now love it!
