Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

Meenal K I never usually trust anyone with my eyebrows, but Pooja at Beauty Spot is absolutely amazing! She’s so skilled and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Getting my brows done with her feels like a full experience, and the little touches she adds to make you feel relaxed go such a long way. The salon has such a welcoming, family feel, and her daughter is so lovely too. I couldn’t recommend Beauty Spot enough to anyone looking for a new go-to place.
