1 /5 RabiA Shaheen: Zero stars! . I had the worst experience ever. Customer service was crap, room was crap and overall ambience was absolutely crap. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst. Booked a normal double room, but was given an "accessible room". The room was dull and dirty and the beds were so low!. It was nothing like the room we booked. The bed board was chipped , the radiators were dirty. We spoke to someone there and they said they will ask a manager to speak to us and the whole time we were there, no one came to us. We then had no option but to stay there for one night. Then we called asking to speak to the manager - explained the situation and the manager agreed that the beds were low, and the beds were chipped and that we were given this room as all the other rooms were booked. I said but we were not informed about this at all, if we were, we would never have booked it. We feel misled, and this is absolute fraud!. I asked for a refund and she denied it eventhough she knows that was not the room we booked!. I am very dissapointed in this room, and the customer service! .. I do not recommend them AT ALL! ... really upset from this experience.
