Laura Tinsley I have been training with Brian for a little over a year now with my primary focus being to improve my fitness level. Brian is an excellent boxing coach and a great PT. He always ensures the sessions are engaging and challenging and I have always found him to be highly professional. I continued training throughout my pregnancy and Brian adapted the sessions accordingly to accommodate this. My 11 year old son who has dyspraxia also has weekly one on one sessions with Brian. I have found these sessions to be extremely helpful in improving his coordination and growing his confidence.

You never do the same workout twice, each session is well planned and thought out which keeps you motivated and looking forward to the next session. Rose Beaumont Ems Yoga at The Chapel Studio is a fabulous experience in a magical location. The Chapel itself provides an oasis in which to find your own rhythm as Ems brilliantly navigates you through wonderfully flowing salutations and poses. A little piece of paradise!

Melissa Fallen Absolutely blown away with the amount of effort that has gone into the gardens & grounds ! Such a lovely day out ! Make sure you take a whole day for it to enjoy it properly! Such beautiful smells and scenery! Also noticed you can use the grounds as a wedding venue : ) which would be stunning !

Bex Onyeachie This is the best gym I have ever been to. Being a larger lady its nice not to be judged and feel comfortable in your surroundings. Peter Cox the owner is awesome and because of him I have started my weight loss journey and in the last 6 months I have been able to lose 20kg. If you want a gym and you are larger than average there will be no judgement. You will receive outstanding service and will be welcomed I promise.
