Lisa foley I have watched Jack and his fantastic business go from strength to strength over the past 5 years and am proud to have been part of that journey. At nearly 50, I’m still at prime fitness and health (physical and mental) and I have these classes to thank for that. Jack has a knack of making everyone feel like they matter, regardless of age or standard of fitness. I have also made loads of friends from the group sessions. There is loads of laughter every class and banter mostly directed at Jack ;) My 16 year old also comes along with me and her friends and they love it too. Come and join a wonderful group of people!

Lyudmyla Grabovska I have recently joined Dans boot camp, absolutely brilliant instructors, thoroughly enjoyed the teamwork. Great way to exercise with other members as making yourself do those things will simply be impossible. Communication with Dan also was fantastic; felt part of the pack right away, thank you!
