There is always a mixture of people from students to retired people, small, big and everything in between. Atmosphere is really friendly and staff really cares about you having a great experience and building a positive relationship with exercise and your body. I really love coming here!

Samuel Walker Came here with friends for an early dinner. The service and food was perfect as is standard across Soho group. The location is interesting, overlooking the pier. There seems to be a restaurant and function room with terraces facing the beach.

With decades of experience, the coaching here goes beyond just learning techniques or combinations. Anyone can be taught how to throw a punch, what’s different here is learning how to think during a fight. You’re taught how to control the pace, manipulate exchanges, and stay composed under pressure. There’s a strong emphasis on mindset and strategy, which many gyms overlook. Because of that you don’t just become more skilled, you become a more complete fighter, gaining discipline, confidence and the ability to problem solve both in training and everyday life. The gym culture reflects this. When you walk in, ego is left at the door. Everyone is respectful, supportive, and focused on getting better together. It’s a team. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving, not just training for the sake of it.
