Callum Wright Been training here for maybe 7 months now. Been to a couple of Muay Thai gyms previously to attending here. Ko is really a special place in every way, the coaches are absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t recommend it enough, feel blessed that I live close enough to attend this fantastic gym.

Jason I like the Wood Wharf Club vibe. It is a really cosy and quiet space where you can relax, enjoy classes, and train without being interrupted. The hot yoga room is very warm and lovely, and you can enjoy sound baths and Hatha Yoga while sweating even more! Tommy from the reception team, as well as the other PTs and staff are all very friendly! I really enjoy it.

Bushra Farhana I’ve been going to Target Fit for almost two years now, and it truly feels like my second home. The trainers—Nicole, Carl, Natalie, Adnan, Gabriel, Jerome, usher….all are amazing, super helpful, and always keep me motivated. I never enjoyed working out before, but they’ve completely changed that for me. It’s not just about the equipment or the space (which are great), it’s the energy, the community, and the genuine support you feel the moment you walk in. Honestly, it’s not just the best gym in the area or in London—it might be the best in the world. I love, love, love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a workout.

NS NS This is one of the most professional companies I have ever used. I was terrified of water and now I can swim! I have had many lessons (through my own choice) and found everyone at Immerse to be kind, patient, helpful and most importantly highly skilled. I have on occasion had to make last minute changes to my lessons and Immerse have happily accommodated. If you want swimming lessons, this is the ONLY place to go! A special thank you to Orla, Janine and Peter.

Matthew If I could give this establishment 6-stars I would! A Brand New Gym. So well equipped, you would think it’s their flagship. An excellent gym in a fantastic location. Brilliant management and staff. Bright, spacious, proper weights, equipment and open 24hrs!
