1 /5 kajal ahmad: I won’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are going to do appointments only don’t discriminate. My sister had a walk in but when it came to me asking, it was appointment only. Nowhere on the website or in store does it mention appointments only. It is as if they pick and choose who they want to serve and discriminate. You’ve lost a customer and I’ll be telling friends and family to avoid your salon too if they don’t wish to face discrimination similarly to me. This has happened on two occasions not just one. I only came back after 8 days because when I got my eyebrows done, a week ago the lady didn’t do them properly when I got home I saw the hair in all the light. Still I didn’t complain and gave the benefit of the doubt and came back after a week but I regret that and should have let them know they didn’t do a good job. Mind you, I got my eyebrows done with appointment but the lady quickly rushed because walk in customers were waiting. Would not return

5 /5 nandy Dhawan: I love this place. The staff are so friendly and the service is so good. Every person Ive ever taken there has always come back raving about how good they are. The place is clean and the privacy during treatments is wonderful.

1 /5 Kristina Thapa: I had travelled a long way to get to Bee Zee in Southall (2 hours) as I was familiar with the establishment having been only there for beauty treatments. The staff were friendly. When I had told the beautician what I had wanted... TWICE, once in reception and in the other in the consultation room she said fine. However did the absolute opposite!! I had to keep telling her how to do her job, which is very annoying. I would have gotten so much more done but I just couldnt bare how poor the quality of technique was. Now Im stuck with something I didnt want and had to pay the full amount for something so basic that I could have done myself, seriously! I have had other bad encounters at bee zee before but I thought mistakes can happen. But today was the last straw for me. Never again. Really disappointed.
