1 /5 Princess Faz: I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. After making half payment for a full-body laser package, I was given an appointment date. However, four weeks later, I discovered the appointment was never actually booked for that day/time. The lack of immediate confirmation emails and their disorganized booking system has now resulted in a 6.5-week wait for my first session. To be told I am "lucky" to have an appointment is an unacceptable response to their own administrative failure. This is not how a reputable business should operate. Also reading a lot of other customers experiences says all about the business. No sessions done & they’re refusing to refund my money. Wouldn’t recommend.
