M D ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful first visit — highly recommend! I visited Thérapie Clinic Richmond for the first time and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were very accommodating, welcoming me warmly and making the check-in smooth and stress-free. My consultation was with Dr Mattia — who was extremely professional, thorough, and patient in explaining the different procedures and what would work best for my needs. I appreciated the honest and fair recommendations rather than any pressure to choose unnecessary treatments. The treatment itself was smooth and painless, and I genuinely felt comfortable and in safe hands throughout — which is so important for a first visit. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’m looking forward to maintaining my treatments here. Highly recommend to anyone considering aesthetic or laser treatments!
