2 /5 James: If you’re looking for or are used to a relaxing, quality spa-like experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Products seemed very cheap (normal basic brands you would find in a supermarket). It didn’t smell particularly fresh in the reception area and the restroom wasn’t particularly clean.
The massage was hard - despite some requests to soften (I wanted a relaxing massage but got a deep-tissue or sports type massage), it was way too much to the point of being painful. One day after my visit, my muscles feel bruised.
I would have appreciated more privacy when showering after the body scrub. This was the first time ever that a massage therapist came in to the room when I was having a shower and was drying. I felt uncomfortable if I’m honest.
On paper, the price is reasonable but considering the average quality of the products, a lack of personalisation for the massage, and the overall look and feel of the premises, I wouldn’t pay the same again.
Sadly, if you’re looking for something at the higher end in terms of quality, attention to detail, and luxurious products, this place is not for you. I won’t be visiting again.
