In that time Rachel has always been professional but friendly, welcoming and always does a first class job. Her waxing methods are superb and the luxury pedicure is exactly that - pure luxury. Over the years Rachel has attended various courses in order to keep up with changing ways of doing treatments and the tools and waxes she uses are first class. Rachel, you’re absolutely superb. As a professional, Rachel was incredibly experienced and took care during the treatment, Rachel also made sure I was informed with the proper after care process Rachel’s home is incredibly welcoming, tidy, clean and her space is incredibly relaxing and comfortable which also helped put me at ease. I am indecisive and I need the direction, and she always helps me pick something that suits my skin tone. She also really cares about my nail health, giving excellent advice and has turned my nails into a thing of beauty. I was so nervous for my first nail appointment a few months ago as I really dislike my hands, but I now can’t wait to show them off to my friends! Looking forward to my next appointment already.

I have my waxing treatments with Rachel, but today I had my eyelashes tinted and lifted for the first time.
