1 /5 Roisin Heritage: Emma is so rude. I had to explain this to her today and now I have gappy eyelashes! Obviously she didnt learn customer service at college! I dont pay to be told off I pay for eyelashes. The first application she kept telling me I had hooded eyes and moaning in general about my dirty shoes I cant wait in reception if Im early I must wait outside etc.I know I have hooded eyes thanks thats why Im having eyelashes to hide them. Second visit started with a continuous telling off because I hadnt brushed my eyelashes properly. My friend refused to go back to her after our first visit. I thought Id give her another chance as everyone has an off day. But no she is just damn rude!! She doesnt seem to realise her customers pay her wages and she needs to improve on her bedside manner. Book with someone else!! The other lady seemed very polite to her customer
