1 /5 Lynn Backham: I didn’t have the pleasure of using their gel polish removal service because they turned me away due to the fact that I had the gel applied elsewhere. Unfortunately, I travel the country in my campervan so it’s not possible for me to return to the same location each time. I explained this but it made no difference. I understand the ‘loyalty’ aspect but where does that leave customers who don’t have a home base. Not very helpful.
Update after owner’s response:
It was definitely Vogue Beauty above Knot Enough Hairdressers. It wasn’t you, the owner, because the hairstylist that sent me up said you had another lady working for you yesterday and she was in the room second on the right.
She most definitely said “I don’t remove other people’s gel” and directed me to another salon.
If she had told me it was appointment only, I would’ve happily accepted that.
