1 /5 Alexandra: I cant write a review on a service because I never received it. But my experience was awful. It was supposed to be a massage with Elena , first I booked trough Booksy, she called and rescheduled for different time which I agreed to. Went couple minutes early was asked to sit down, I sat down and waited for over 15 mins and no one even told me what is going on, until I approached one of the ladies asking how much longer do I have to wait and she just said she is still with someone and she is a separate business and she cannot even tell me how much longer Ill be waiting, so I left. I changed my plans for the day to accommodate this. I am very disappointed as I was really in pain and needed that massage....what a waste of my time ...
