Sarah Parry Good Astro turf football pitches. Leisure centre has vending machines & indoor seating for refreshments. Seems busy with youth sports activities at weekends - toilets (ideal for younger children who always need them) in the centre. Parking & also for some youth football matches parking in school behind so easy to park. Leisure centre staff helpful

Emma Thomson If you are thinking about doing a class dont hesitate to book! After my first Unwind and Align class I just felt lighter and that lasted into the week. As soon as I walk in I feel more relaxed. The atmosphere is very serene and welcoming, its like a mini retreat every Wednesday evening. Rita is a fantastic teacher, friendly and clearly knows her stuff, and I am eager to try more of her classes. If you can find an hour a week for you and want to feel less stressed I would highly recommend the Unwind and Align class :)

Rachel Butler I’m so happy I discovered Fonseca Fitness. The team are amazing, the community is incredibly supportive and I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym. Their plans are effective and have helped me build so much confidence. I love that they run mum and baby sessions so you can bring your child with you. They’ve really thought of everything, highly recommend!

Claire Smith Dani never fails to make her classes fun whilst we work our butts off! Each class has mixed abilities / ages & Dani is great at adapting the workout to suit each person. There are a good range of classes and I highly recommend them all!
