5 /5 Emily Grant: Ive been a member of BALDR for just over a year, and I can confidently say its been the best experience with exercise Ive ever had. The gym is incredibly inclusive, welcoming people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. (Super LGBT friendly)! Ben and David have created a wonderful environment thats supportive, welcoming and fun. They regularly host events that bring the community together, making it feel like more than just a gym. The absolute highlight, though, is the coaching staff. Every coach is amazing—theyre knowledgeable, attentive, and fantastic at giving cues that have helped me improve and ‘master’ (get close to doing) movements I never thought I could do. I cant recommend this gym enough if youre looking for a place that truly cares about your progress and makes CrossFit and fitness in general a joy!

5 /5 Topher: Baldr CrossFit is one of the few CrossFit gyms in this part of South London - within easy reach of Deptford, Greenwich, New Cross and Bermondsey/Surrey Quays. But it’s also one of the best in London! A great mix of classes, super friendly, fantastic at supporting those new to CrossFit and wanting to give it a try. I can’t recommend it enough.

5 /5 Russell: Absolutely love this gym, I have been going for about a year and a half now, and I just love it. The varied programming and skill developments mean I am always being challenged. David and all the coaching staff have created a supportive and fun environment where no matter your level, you can find a great workout. All you have to do is show up and they manage to get the best out of you. I really recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to improve their strength, fitness and even some technical skills.

David, Hillary and the rest of the team are supportive, positive and know their stuff. The classes are carefully prepared and coached, the facilities are brilliant and all the equipment is new. 5 /5 Alex P: Never thought something as simple as a gym would change my life in so many ways but Baldr has and most of it is probably due to the great, welcoming and inclusive community it has created. All the coaches are lovely, warm and knowledgeable and eager to help anyone and everyone of any physical ability and experience. It is a space that offers variety, plenty of slots and space and programmed with progress and growth in mind. To top it all off, I have made some lovely friends.
