5 /5 Laura Tinsley: I have been training with Brian for a little over a year now with my primary focus being to improve my fitness level. Brian is an excellent boxing coach and a great PT. He always ensures the sessions are engaging and challenging and I have always found him to be highly professional. I continued training throughout my pregnancy and Brian adapted the sessions accordingly to accommodate this. My 11 year old son who has dyspraxia also has weekly one on one sessions with Brian. I have found these sessions to be extremely helpful in improving his coordination and growing his confidence.

5 /5 teo knowles: I started training with Brian a few years back and very quickly decided to train for a white collar bout. He pushes you to your limits but has a huge focus on improving technique. He puts the same energy and effort into the new starters as he does the experienced fighters and I think thats what sets him apart from other clubs Ive been to. I recommend his classes and 1 to 1s frequently and as a result some of my friends have now had several fights under B4BOX. He great to chat to, have banter with, and just get away from your everyday troubles and have a laugh. Really recommend

My sons fitness, strength and confidence have improved as has his technique and focus. Brian is patient, extremely knowledgeable and professional and he tailors each session to develop my son whilst making the session varied and fun. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking to improve their technique and fitness in a safe environment.

5 /5 Jimmy Worthington: Been training with Brian for a little while now on the pads vs his group sessions. His sessions are focused on detail to improve technique but you leave feeling like youve had a great workout in a great atmosphere and, safe to say hes created a great community for people to come together to learn and better themselves. Beginner or not it is a safe space and somewhere I would recommend for all ages!
